Method:

heart attack. It is as powerful as sorbitate tablet. It reduces the

Linga Mudra (Mudra of Heat):

Method: Interlock the fingers of both the hands and keep the thumb of

    ખુબજ સરસ માહિતી આપી છે તમે મુદ્રાઓ વિષે.ખુબ ખુબ આભાર.આપણા ધર્મ ની અંદર રહેલું સાયંસ,હેલ્થ સાયંસ કોઈને ખાસ ખબર જ નથી.આજે અમેરિકા માં યોગ ના આસનો ની બોલબાલા છે.હમણા સવારે ૯ થી ૧૦ વાગ્યે અહી આવતા ડોક્ટર્સ નામના ટીવી પ્રોગ્રામ માં પણ યોગા ની ટીપ્સ જોઈ ને ખુબજ આનંદ થયો.આપણો ધર્મ આ ખવાય,આ નાં ખવાય,ભગવાન ને જમાડો,ઉઘાડો,ઉઠાડો એવી ચાઈલ્ડીશ વાતો માજ અટકી ગયો છે.ખેર .સરસ માહિતી.
